Abstract Pneumatic motors have several advantages and many robotics automation applications. The importance of the study is that it a cheap possible way to apply fixed displacement pneumatic with simple directional control valve used. purpose addition any traditional change motor be variable speed torque compared expensive systems such as proportional in industrial also included validated simulations using Automation Studio program motor’s torque. In addition, results showed remarkable success controlling outputs depending on frequency compressed air-source pulses pressure. pulsating air frequencies 1.5, 3, 4.5 Hz were considered at different inlet source pressure changes from 1.72, 3.45, 5.17 bar. As flow decreased 4.5, 1.5 Hz, decreased. Furthermore, empirical correlations related effect been developed. error 6.3–9.5% predicting outputs. limitation proposed method real-life applications about maximum 7.5 On other hand, limited 9 mechanical solenoid.
